We are pleased to invite you to Conservative Friends of Ukraine’s inaugural Conference Reception on Sunday 2nd October, from 15:30-17:00, in Hall 11, ICC, Birmingham.
The Conservative Friends of Ukraine Reception is an opportunity to recognise the exceptional work by the Government to support Ukraine against Russia's barbaric invasion, to hear Ukrainian perspectives on the war and to rally the Conservative Party’s support behind Ukraine’s fight for freedom.
We will be joined by the Foreign Secretary, Rt. Hon. James Cleverly MP, the Defence Secretary, Rt. Hon. Ben Wallace MP, the Ukrainian Ambassador to the UK, H.E. Vadym Prystaiko, and Ukrainian MP, Lesia Vasylenko.
Ukrainian refreshments will be provided.
This event will follow a ‘first come first serve’ basis so we won’t be gathering RSVPs in advance. We recommend you arrive early in order to secure entry to the event. Please be aware that this event is taking place within the Conference secure zone, therefore you will need to register for a photographic security pass for the Conservative Party Conference if you would like to attend the event.
